Reviews and Ratings
I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were just what I wanted—clean, comfortable, and with an amazing view. Having a microwave and a fridge/freezer in the room was convenient. The location, sitting right on top of I-295, was perfect for exploring Jacksonville. The service was top-notch, with the staff being nice and helpful throughout my stay. The dining experience was an added bonus, although the breakfast options were slightly limited. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay with good value for money.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic overall. The rooms were lovely and clean, although smaller than advertised, and the bed was incredibly soft. The service was a bit of a mixed bag as I encountered some rudeness when asking about the menu, but overall, the staff were engaging, helpful, and genuinely attentive. The location was convenient for some, although it might be out of the way for others, especially families with pets as they are not accepted, even during an evacuation. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with a friendly chef but some dishes tasting like leftovers. The facilities were good, although there were a couple of cleanliness issues here and there.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was great, close to restaurants and shops, but the room had a strong smell of smoke and a hint of sour milk. Despite that, it was comfortable and quiet. The service was friendly and cooperative, although there were conflicting stories about booking. The dining experience was average, with no standout options. The facilities were decent overall.
